Our Web Sites

FI Direct (introduced 1995) -- Global Fixed Income's primary web portal serves over 5,000 institutional users around the world. It offers access to live prices, research, strategy, market updates, prime brokerage, and new issues for all Fixed Income and Loan products globally. The first of its kind, FI Direct continues to be highest ranked Fixed Income portal (Institutional Investor). Nikko Citigroup Direct, (Nikko) a Kanji version was launched in 2000. Nikko Citigroup Syndicate Direct (introduced 2000) -- Syndicate Direct increases the efficiency and transparency in the new-issue order-taking and book-building process. Investors and issuers can access information on upcoming new-issues and the associated SEC filings, investors can enter orders electronically and issuers are able to view the book-building process. Nikko Citigroup Syndicate Direct was deployed in 2000, a Kanji version will be released in April, 2001.

Exchange Direct (introduced 2000) -- The leading liability management and exchange tender-offer system, Exchange Direct makes the process of exchange and tender offers more efficient by leveraging the reach of the Internet and utilizing our proprietary agent software. Issuer and Paying Agent/IPA (introduced 1999) -- Part of the CitiDirect for Securities product suite, this Debt Issuance Notification system supports medium-term notes, commercial paper and certificates of deposit. Clients can confirm new-issuance instructions and receive a wide range of reports. More than $8 billion in debt issues are processed monthly through this site.
