1This assumes that you have properly completed the bill payment instructions. For example, you must schedule payments processed electronically at least two business days in advance; for payments processed by check, 5-7 business days notice is required. If you want to cancel an online bill payment, you must do so by 11:59 pm ET prior to the date the payment is scheduled to be made.
Further, we are not responsible for late fees or finance changes if a transmission cannot be sent due to events beyond our control, such as a natural disaster. In addition, please be aware that many government agencies—including the IRS—do not typically accept online bill payments, and that we are not responsible for any fees you may incur if you choose to pay them online. Online bill payments can only be made to payees in the 50 states, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands. For other exceptions, please see your Client Agreement.
